TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

 

To book your Schnitzel Forever experience, please use our website to book your table. Alternatively, you can contact the restaurant directly via phone or email. All bookings of up to 4 guests will have the table for 1 hour 30 minutes and 5+ guests for 2 hours during busy periods. We require your credit card details to book your table via a secure form on our reservation system provider.

Our reservation diary is open for 12 months in advance. Reservation phone lines are open from 12:00pm - 10:00pm daily excluding Tuesday's.

 

Please inform us if you are running late as we can only hold the table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. If you do not show up after 15 minutes of the booking time, your credit card will be charged due to no show.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that we require 12 hours notice for cancellations. No shows present a huge loss for us and we appreciate your cooperation in making sure we release your table to other guests to book should you not be able to make your booking. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to booking time, any deposit taken will not be refunded.

BIRTHDAYS / CELEBRATIONS

With prior agreement with the management, guests are welcome to bring a birthday / celebration cake with them. Balloons are accepted in the restaurant however, banners, confetti and glitter are prohibited.

CHILD POLICY

We welcome children of all ages. However, please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you require a space for pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we do not have any highchairs due to limited space.

LARGE GUEST SIZE BOOKINGS

DOGS

We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant with the exception of registered assistance dogs. However, you may have your dog with you in our outdoor seating area.

TABLE ALLOCATION AND OUTDOOR SEATING

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however, tables are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
